Appeal
If we restricted your profile or rejected a notice you filed, you can contest that decision within six months (Art. 20 DSA). You need the case number from our message.
If the decision concerns a copyright notice, please choose Counter-notice. We will then inform the rights holder; if they do not file a lawsuit, the content can be restored.
Independently of this process, you still have access to the courts and to out-of-court dispute settlement under Art. 21 DSA.
